I’d like to introduce you a new kind of enchilada, one round enchilada (O.R.E.). Inspired by Mexico City, it’s layered instead of your every day rolled enchilada. In-between your choice of corn or flour tortillas lays either pulled yard bird, ground cow, steak’d cow, sea monkeys, or just cheese and onion. It’s topped with are real enchilada sauce with flavor and spice (not a tasteless gravy), melted cheese, and sour cream. It’s the way enchiladas were meant to taste.
